You're all Set!

So now that you're all booked in all you need do is pop your time in your calendar and set your reminders and dust off those matching Chrissy shirts!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session and make sure everyone is set to rock and roll when your time comes around.

These sessions are short so if you're late we won't be able to extend your time beyond your allocated time.  So if you're 5 minutes late you'll only have 5 minutes for your session.  

 

You're welcome to rebook for a later available time but you'll not be refunded the $40 non-refundable session retainer and will be required to pay for the additional spot. 

 

This is because you're paying to retain that specific 10 minute spot and if you don't show up you'll be taking away the opportunity for another family to see Santa.  If you do end up needing an additional booking you'll be able to claim the included digital from each session (e.g. if you book 2 sessions you'll receive 2 digitals of your choosing).

Sessions are limited to immediate family e.g. couples, parents and their children, and if additional extended family members or people are to be included (e.g. grandparents, cousins, friends) an additional session time will need to be booked.

Once your session is complete you'll be sent a gallery with your images.  From this gallery you'll be able to choose your included digital image as well as purchase an additional prints or products.

Please note that all orders must be placed by the 12th of December in order to receive them by Christmas.
